What is CCM?

The Christian Cooperative Ministry (CCM) is a Second Harvest Emergency Food Bank Distribution Center providing food for the hungry and needy.

Where are you located?

We are located immediately behind Regions Bank in Madison, at 201 Madison Street, Madison, TN 37115

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The last order is taken at 1:30 pm

How often may a person pick up a food box?

Once a month. If you are picking up for a family or several people we will need id for each person.

Does CCM provide food for the homeless?

Currently our homeless lunch sack program is suspended, but we supply lunch sacks to the Showers of Blessings ministry at nearby City Road Chapel UMC.

Does CCM provide onsite meals?

No.

Do you sell clothing?

CCM has a limited supply of clothing for our food box clients only on the day they are picking up food.

Can we just get one or two items?

Although we customize the food box with selected items, we are not a grocery store. Customers can only visit once a month.

Does CCM deliver food?

No, CCM does not have enough staff to deliver food.

Does CCM provide assistance for rent, electric bills or bus passes?

No, CCM does not provide financial assistance.

Does CCM provide information for the SNAP program?

While occasionally a food stamp /SNAP representative may visit, days vary. Call the center for specifics.

How can I volunteer at CCM?

Volunteers are always needed and welcome! Volunteer hours are generally 8:00am to 1:30 pm Monday through Thursday, we will work with your schedule to find a day and time for you to volunteer.

What type of food donations does CCM accept?

We will gladly accept canned, boxed, and frozen food donations during regular business hours. Fresh produce is greatly appreciated, but our refrigeration space is limited, so please call ahead. Please donate only items that are not expired.

Does CCM accept clothing donations?

Yes, we welcome gently used clothing. Our space is limited, so especially if you have a large donation, please call ahead. We can only accept donations during business hours.
